In this stage, the implementation team should determine the gap analysis of ERP software in the long run, whether the ERP system must be adapted to existing business processes or existing business processes adjusted to the ERP system that will be implemented. With the gap analysis, the team has to develop a design that includes the change management plan, user interface screen, registration process of the company, and reports that will be used for the implementation.   • Acquisition and Development Stage

  • Implementation Stage
This stage focuses on implementing the system to end users and monitoring whether the system can be used by the users or not. At this stage, the implementation team also monitors whether the system is an error or not.
  • Operation Stage
At this stage, the implementation team gives knowledge to the users about using the system by providing help desk and support staff and training the users. The team will also listen to the users’ feedback in order to know whether the ERP system is already suitable for their needs and wishes or not.
